| 目的 在手术室护理中应用具有手术室特色的优质护理服务模式,并评价其效果。方法 选取2014-2015年期间进行手术治疗的患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对对照组中的患者采取常规的护理模式,而对观察组中的患者采用优质护理服务模式。观察两组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、手术室护理满意度。结果 护理前两组患者SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后试验组患者SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义；护理满意度评分96.5%,高于对照组82.9%(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理服务模式应用于手术室护理时,能改善手术患者的焦虑情绪,提高患者对手术室护理的满意度。 |

| Objective The application of high quality nursing service that has characteristics of operation room in operation room nursing, and evaluate its effect. Methods Selecting 100 patients with surgical treatment in our hospital from 2014-2015, randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 50 cases. The control group of patients to take a conventional nursing mode, and the observation group of patients to take high-quality care service mode. The anxiety self rating scale (SAS) score and the operation room nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups before and after the nursing. Results There were no significant differences in SAS scores between the two groups of patients before nursing (P>0.05),and nursing after the test group patients with SAS score was lower than the control group (P < 0.05), the difference was statistically significant; nursing satisfaction score of 96.5%, higher than 82.9% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing care mode can improve the anxiety of patients and improve the satisfaction degree of patients to operation room nursing. |
