| 目的 评价白介素-11漱口液对放疗性口腔粘膜损伤的疗效。方法 90例鼻咽癌放疗性口腔粘膜损伤患者，随机分成两组，治疗组给予白介素-11漱口液含漱10min，4次/d（餐前30min、睡前漱口，每次10～15ml），对照组采用生理盐水含漱（时间、剂量、方法同上），观察并记录口腔粘膜恢复及疼痛情况。结果 患者对白介素-11漱口液耐受良好，含漱治疗一周后各级不同程度粘膜损伤的愈合时间均短于对照组，具有显著性差异（P < 0.05）。结论 白介素-11对放疗后口腔粘膜损伤疗效明显，可减轻放疗所致口腔溃疡给患者带来的痛苦，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of human interleukin-11 on oral radioactive dermatitis. Methods 90 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with oral radioactive dermatitis were randomly divided into test group and control group. Patients in the test group gargled with human interleukin-11 solution, 4 times each day and 10 minutes every time, while patients in the control group with saline solution. Improvement of oral dermatitis and relief of pain were observed and recorded. Results After one week’s treatment, the patients in the test group were much better than those in the control one. Conclusion Human interleukin-11 solution can alleviate the symptom of radioactive dermatitis and seems to be an effectively alternative way.
