| 目的 评估优化术前护理措施对白内障手术后急性眼内炎的影响。方法 回顾分析优化术前护理措施后白内障超声乳化手术后眼内炎变化情况,优化护理措施包括术前用氯霉素滴眼液冲洗结膜囊,手术时用聚维酮碘消毒结膜囊,在手术器械进入眼前房前用BSS彻底冲洗结膜囊。结果 在优化护理措施前的1221眼白内障超声乳化手术,发生手术后急性眼内炎4眼,发生率为3.28‰ 均为表皮葡萄球菌感染,为对氯霉素敏感。优化护理措施后1018眼白内障超声乳化手术,术后急性眼内炎1例,发生率为0.99‰,细菌培养为金葡萄球菌感染。结论 通过优化术前护理措施,可以有效的降低白内障超声乳化手术后急性眼内炎的发生。 |

| Object To investigate the effects of optimized nursing intervention on intraocular infection after cataract surgery. Methods The data of endophthalmitis after cataract surgery during 2010-2014 was retrospectively analyzed. The difference of endoopthalmitis ratio was compared before and after optimized nursing intervention. The optimized nursing intervention included washing conjunctival sac with chloramphenicol eye drops before surgery, disinfection conjunctival sac with povidone iodine , thoroughly rinse the conjunctival sac with BSS before surgical instruments into the anterior chamber. Results Before optimized nursing intervention 1221 eyes were performed cataract phacoemusification, and 4 eyes got acute endophthalmitis caused by Staphylococcus epidermidis which is sensitive to chloramphenicol, the ratio is 3.28‰. After optimized nursing intervention, only one of 1018 eyes got acute endophthalmitis infected by Staphylococcus aureus which is resisted to chloramphenicol , the ratio is 0.99‰. Conclusion Optimized nursing intervention can reduce effectively the endophthalmitis after cataract phacoemusification. |
