| 摘要：目的 观察多媒体术前访视和中药干预降低术前监护患者心理应激反应和提高患者满意度的效果，探讨多媒体模式术前访视的可行性。方法 术前择期手术患者300例随机分为多媒体组和对照组，分别于术前1天护理访视。多媒体组；用多媒体模式行心理干预及中药干预。对照组：口头交谈访视告知相同内容。2组患者均于三术前访视时和手术开始前焦虑（self-rating anxiety seale，SAS）评分、次日睡眠质量（sleep quality score，SQS）评分、患者满意度评分并记录术前1天（T1）、手术开始前（T2）的平均动脉压（mean artery pressure，MAP）、心率（heart rate，HR）。结果 多媒体组手术开始前T1，T2， MAP，HR变化不显著，对照组明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。多媒体组手术开始前SAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）。而SQS评分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。患者满意度多媒体组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 多媒体模式和中药香袋可有效地减轻术前患者心理应激，提高患者术前睡眠质量，也提高了患者满意度；作为一种新型术前访视模式，操作性强，内容和形式以规范化，有利于提高访视效果。 |

| Abstract: objective To observe the effects of preoperative visit and traditional Chinese medicine intervention on the psychological stress reaction and improve the satisfaction degree of patients with preoperative care, Discussion on the feasibility of the application of multimedia model for preoperative visit。 Methods 300 cases of patients undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into the multimedia group and the control group, 1 days before surgery, nursing visit。 Multimedia Group,Psychological intervention and traditional Chinese medicine intervention in the use of Multimedia. Control group: Oral communication visit to the same content. 2 groups of patients were all in the visit before and before surgery began to anxiety（self-rating anxiety seale，SAS）、Next day sleep quality（sleep quality score，SQS）Score、Patient satisfaction score and record 1 days before surgery（T1）、Mean arterial pressure before surgery (T2)，heart rate（heart rate，HR）。Results The change of T2, T1, MAP, and HR in the multimedia group was not significant，Control group was significantly higher, The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The SAS score of the group before surgery was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The SQS score was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Multimedia mode and traditional Chinese medicine sachet can effectively relieve the preoperative psychological stress，Improve the quality of sleep in patients before surgery, Also improved patient satisfaction; As a new type of preoperative visiting mode, the operation is strong, the content and the form of the standard, it is beneficial to improve the visit effect. |
