| 目的 通过对居家失智老人照顾者进行专业的介护知识与技能的培训,以提高照顾者的护理技能。方法 选取赵巷镇社区40例居家失智老人照顾者进行为期6个月的介护知识与技能的集中培训、电话回访及个案指导。结果 居家失智老人照顾者护理技能与失智老人日常生活能力明显提高,经统计学检验差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 介护技术的运用,能有效改善居家失智老人的生活质量。 |

| Objective: By means of training home dementia caregivers on professional care knowledge and skills training, to improve the nursing skills of caregivers. Method ：Zhao Xiang selected 40 cases of home dementia caregivers for six months of care knowledge and skills of intensive training, calling back and case instruction. Results:The nursing skills ability of home dementia caregivers and the daily life ability of dementias increased significantly, by a statistically significant difference between the test (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of care technology, can effectively improve the living quality of home dementias. |
