| 目的：通过手足综合征（Hand-foot Syndrome，HFS）患者的亲身经历，了解化疗所致HFS患者的感受。方法：采用深度访谈法收集16例个案的资料，运用质性研究中现象学的方法进行分析。 结果：采用Colaizzi的现象学资料分析法共提炼出4个主题：患者对症状表现不够重视；症状出现的情绪反应；躯体功能障碍，对照顾者依赖增加；生活方式的改变。结论: 护理人员应该激发其正性体验、疏导其负性体验，帮助HFS患者更好地对待此症状的发生。 |

| 【】 Objective To explore and understand the life experiences of patients with hand-foot sydrome. Methods A qualitative study was conducted on 16 patients with hand-foot sydrome using in-depth interviews. Verbatim transcripts of the interviews were analyzed using content analysis. Results Four core categories were identified: should I face should I have", "what should I overcome" and "what should I need". Conclusion Participants described both positive and negative experiences while living with hand-foot sydrome. Nurses should stimulate patient"s positive experiences and also help them to handle this symptom nicely. |
