| 目的 分析总结经皮肺动脉瓣植入(PPVI)患者的术后护理要点。方法 收集2014年1月至2015年3月期间法洛四联症患者7名,术后均转入监护室,给予落实术后护理,观察其效果。结果 7名手术患者均未出现严重的术后并发症,顺利转出监护室至普通病房。结论 良好的术后护理能有效提高经皮肺动脉瓣植入术的治疗效果并大大降低术后并发症的发生。 |

| Objective To analyze and summarize the experience of postoperative nursing in PPVI patients.Methods To observe the effect of the postoperative nursing for 7 patients with tetralogy of Fallot from January 2014 to March 2015,transferred to the CCU after the PPVI operation.Results All the 7 patients had no serious complications after surgery, successfully transferred to a general ward care unit.Conclusion Good postoperative nursing can effectively improve the PPVI treatment effect and greatly reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. |
