| 【】 目的 探讨白内障手术术前硼酸溶液结膜囊冲洗对白内障手术术后眼内炎发生率的影响。 方法 本研究属于前后对照类实验研究。研究共纳入27460例白内障眼手术患者,根据术前硼酸溶液结膜囊冲洗与否及手术时间,将病人分为三组：2012年1月至2012年12月期间为术前硼酸溶液冲洗组(A组),共8188例,2013年1月至2013年12月期间为取消术前硼酸溶液结膜囊冲洗组1组(B组),共纳入8712例,2014年1月至2014年12月期间为取消术前硼酸溶液结膜囊冲洗组2组(C组),共纳入10560例。比较三组术后眼内炎的发生率。结果 共19例病人被诊断为眼内炎(2012年发现5例,2013年发现6例,2014年发现8例)。三年的眼内炎发生分别是0.61‰、0.69‰、0.76‰。三组比较p=0.930,差异无统计学意义。结论 白内障手术术前使用硼酸溶液结膜囊冲洗不能够有效减低术后眼内炎发生率。 |

| 【】 Objectives To evaluate the clinical impact of prophylactic administration of boric acid solution on cataract surgery. Methods Quasi-experimental study with before and after analysis was performed. According to whether boric acid solution was used and surgery time, patients was categorized in three group. Cataract surgery was performed in 27,460 patients: 8.188 patients in 2012 , 8,712 patients in 2013 and 10,560 in 2014. The impact of boric acid solution was evaluated with incidence of endophthalmitis. Results Endophthalmitis was diagnosed in 19 cases (5 in2012,6 in2013 and 8 in 2014). The incidence was 0.61,0.69 and 0.76 cases per 1000 patients each. Incidence of endophthalmitis had no significant differences between 3 groups(p=0.930). Conclusion Boric acid solution could not reduce the incidence of endophthalmitis in cataract surgery. |
