| 目的 通过改善方案,提高肾病患者24小时尿标本采集准确性和及时性。方法 运用PDCA循环方法对24小时尿标本采集现状分析,找出不能准确及时采集的影响因素和原因,制订整改措施和效果评价。结果 24小时尿标本采集准确性与及时性与上一年比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论 运用PDCA循环管理方法有利于优化24小时尿标本采集流程,提高肾病患者24小时尿标本采集准确性和及时性,帮助医生及时判断病情,更好地治疗与用药。 |

| Objective To improve the accuracy and timeliness of collecting 24-hour urine samples of kidney diseases through improving the plan. Methods To analyze the situation of collecting 24-hour urine samples through PDCA circulation,and find out factors and reasons of not collecting samples correctly and timely in order to formulate corrective measures and evaluations. Results There is a significant difference(P <0.01) in contrast to the accuracy and timeliness of collecting 24-hour urine samples last year. Conclusion |
