| 评价综合疼痛管理对中晚期骨转移患者癌痛的影响，为缓解疼痛、健康教育和护理提供依据，并制定有利于缓解癌痛的护理对策。方法 通过专业护士给予系统的疼痛管理，对79例住院期间的癌痛患者在服药、饮食、休息和健康宣教等方面进行专业的指导和护理，采用前后对照的方法，进行入组时和3个月后随访测评。结果 经比较，患者不增加止痛药物使用剂量的情况下，疼痛评分（NRS）明显低于管理前，缓解疼痛相应知识了解度增加，生活质量有所提高，在饮食，睡眠，精神状况等方面总评分显著改变（P＜0.01），疼痛药物副作用相应减少。情绪有所改善，社交/家庭感受方面有显著的统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论 在规范化治疗的前提下，对癌痛患者实施有效的疼痛管理，能有效减轻患者疼痛，从而能够积极配合治疗，改善生活质量。 |

| Abstract: objective to evaluate the comprehensive influence on the period of pain patients with bone metastases pain management, provide the basis for pain relief, health education and nursing, and formulate the nursing countermeasures of pain relief. Method through professional nurses to give pain management in the system, in 79 cases of hospitalization in patients with pain medication, diet, rest and health education for professional guidance and care, adopt the method of comparison before and after, into the group and after 3 months follow-up evaluation. Results by comparison, the patients did not increase the pain under the condition of drug dosage, pain score (NRS) was lower than that before the management, increased knowledge corresponding to ease the pain, the quality of life improved, the diet, sleep, mental state, etc, the total score significantly change (P < 0.01), pain medication side effects. Sentiment has improved, social/family feel a significant statistical differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion on the premise of standardized treatment, effective pain management in patients with pain, can effectively relieve patients' pain, so that they can actively cooperate with treatment, improve the quality of life. |
