| 【】目的 探讨品管圈在急诊患者入院转运中的作用,保障护理安全。方法 成立品管圈活动小组,对急诊患者入院转运的问题进行调查,分析影响转运安全的因素,制定措施促进质量持续改进。结果 实施品管圈活动后急诊患者入院转运的不良事件发生率降低、平均转运时间缩短、患者的满意率提升(P<0.01, P<0.05)。 结论 品管圈活动是提高急诊患者入院转运安全性的有效管理工具。 |

| Objective to evaluate the effect of quality control circle in intra-hospital transportation of emergency patients.Methods The quality control circle was established.The measures were formulated after the investigation and analysis of the intra-hospital transportation of emergency patients.Results The incidence of the adverse events was reclined,the transportation time was shortened and the patients satisfaction was enhanced(P<0.01, P<0.05).Conclusion The study confirms the effectiveness of quality control circle in intra-hospital transportation of emergency patients, and offers the application as a good management tool in quality improvement. |
