| [摘要] 目的 评价WHO安全分娩核查表在临床的实施效果。方法 采用WHO提供的安全分娩核查表并进行汉化，然后对实验组的299例孕产妇在入院到出院期间给予实施，对照组采用收集的回顾性资料。结果 产妇产后出血率、产妇感染率、子痫发生率、难产发生率、新生儿窒息发生率（新生儿Apgar评分<7分）、新生儿感染发生率分别从实施前4.77%、1.12%、0.56%、3.09%、1.91%、1.36%下降到实施后的3.01%、0.33%、0、1.67%、0.65%、0。 结论 WHO安全分娩核查表内容全面、流程规范，为医护人员规避风险、确保母婴安全提供保障；有利于促进患者和家属的参与，但在WHO安全分娩核查表的推广使用中须加强对医护人员的教育和培训，同时建议要在我国全面实施前，还须请相关专家根据国情做合理的调整和完善。 |

| [Abstract] Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect of WHO Safe Childbirth Checklist. Methods ：WHO provide a Safe Childbirth Checklist and finished, then during the 299 cases of pregnant women in the experimental group on admission to the hospital to implement the control group using retrospective data collection. Results： The rate of postpartum hemorrhage, maternal infection rate, the incidence of eclampsia, incidence rate, neonatal asphyxia rate of dystocia (neonatal Apgar score <7), incidence rate from 4.77%, 1.12%, before the implementation of 0.56%, 3.09%, 1.91%, 1.36% down to 3.01%, after the implementation of the 0.33%, 0, 1.67%, 0.65%, 0 neonatal infection. Conclusion：WHO Safe Childbirth Checklist verification form overall content and process specifications, for the medical staff to avoid risks and ensure the safety of mother and baby; to promote the participation of patients and their families, but in the promotion of the use of WHO safe delivery check list must strengthen the education and training of medical personnel, also proposed to full implementation in our country. To invite relevant experts and reasonable adjustment according to the national conditions to do well. |
