| 调查分析临床护士对非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征的认知度。方法 以分层便利抽样法，采用自行设计调查问卷，对贵州省的四所三甲医院的185名护士进行非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征认知度的问卷调查。结果 临床护士对于非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征的基础知识认知度整体偏低。CCU、EICU的护士认知度高于心内科普通病房的护士（P<0.05）。不同工作年限护士对非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征基础知识认知度差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。不同学历、职称的护士对非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征基础知识的认知度差异没有统计学意义。（P>0.05）结论 护士对非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征的认知度与其所在的科室、工作年限有关，护士整体认知度偏低，应加强专科培训，提高专科护理水平。 |

| Objective To explore the cognition of the clinical nurses on non ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome. Methods 185 cases of nurses who come from the 4 different class III grade hospitals of the GUIZHOU province were surveyed with self-made questionnaire. Results The cognition as a whole of the clinical nurses is low for which the basic knowledge of non ST-elevation acute coronary syndrome.
