| 目的 提高心脏死亡器官捐献( DCD) 肝移植手术患者术后并发症的护理效果。方法 对52例DCD肝移植手术患者术后胆道并发症和护理方法进行回顾性分析。 结果 胆道并发症共12例,发生率为23.1%,包括8例胆管狭窄(5例吻合口狭窄和3例非吻合口狭窄)、5例胆漏(2例为吻合口狭窄合并胆漏)、1例胆道结石。患者中行ERCP处理7例,治愈及好转6例,1例次行二次肝移植,无死亡病例。结论 术后严密细致的监测、及时有效的护理治疗对于保证手术成功有着重要的作用。 |

| Objective: To investigate how to improve the nursing effect of postoperative complications of liver transplant patients with donation cardiac death (DCD) organ． Methods: A total of 52 cases of DCD liver transplantation were collected in Shanghai No. 1 People"s Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University from August 2013 to April 2016．The biliary complications, and postoperative nursing methods were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 12 cases developed biliary complications,the rate was23.1％．There are 8 cases with biliary stricture,including biliary anastomotic stenosis in 5 patients,non—anastomotic biliary stricture in 3 cases．And there are 5 cases with bile leakage,including 2 cases with anastomotic stricture．Also there are 1 case with biliary stone．Of 12 cases,7 cases were underwent ERCP treatment．After treatment, 6 cases were cured or improved liver function,1 cases underwent re—transplantation and no case died． Conclusion: The strict and meticulous postoperative monitoring, timely and effective nursing treatment plays an important role to ensure the operation successful. |
