| 【摘要】 目的 探讨慢性牙周炎患者口腔保健自我效能与口腔健康生活质量的相关性。方法 采用口腔保健自我效能量表和口腔健康影响程度量表对120例慢性牙周炎患者进行问卷调查，对口腔保健自我效能和口腔健康生活质量进行描述性分析和Spearman 相关分析。 结果 研究显示慢性牙周炎患者口腔保健自我效能水平低，总分为（46.10±8.67）分；口腔健康生活质量不佳，总分为（18.90±7.62）分。口腔保健自我效能总分及正确刷牙的自我效能感、口腔就诊的自我效能感与口腔健康生活质量均呈正相关（P<0.01，P<0.01，P<0.05）。结论 提高患者口腔保健自我效能水平将有助于改善口腔健康生活质量。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To examine the correlation between self-efficacy for self-care and oral health-related quality of life(OHRQOL) among patients with chronic periodontitis .Methods Totally 120 patients with chronic periodontitis were investigated using the self-efficacy scale for self-care,（SESS）and the Oral Health Impact （OHIP-14） Results The patients with chronic periodontitis reported the mean score of SESS was 46.10±8.67, SESS was at low level;the mean score of OHIP-14 was 18.90±7.62, OHRQOL was poor. OHIP-14 was significantly correlated with the mean score of self-efficacy scale for self-care ，self-efficacy for dentist consultation and self-efficacy for brushing of the teeth.（P<0.01 ,P<0.01,P<0.05）.
Conclusion Clinicians can enhance the patients' whole self-efficacy for self-care to improve the Oral health-related quality of life for patients with chronic periodontitis. |
