| 目的：探讨快速康复外科护理在胸腔镜肺癌根治术围手术期中的应用。方法：将82例患者随机分为2组,分别给予常规护理和快速康复外科护理,比较2组术后并发症发生情况,术后住院天数和住院费用。结果：快速康复外科护理组较常规护理组,在术后并发症发生率,术后住院天数及住院费用方面均明显减少。结论：快速康复外科护理能够有效的降低患者的手术风险,加快患者的康复,减少住院费用。值得在临床推广。 |

| Objective: To investigate the application of fast-track surgery on perioperative nursing of thoracoscopic radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma. Methods: 82 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly and were given routine nursing and fast-track surgery nursing respectively. We compared the complications, postoperative hospital stay and hospital cost of the two groups. Result: The incidence of complications, postoperative hospital stay and hospital cost in fast-track surgery nursing patients were obviously lower than those of routine nursing patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: Fast-track surgery nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of operation risk, accelerate the recovery of patients and save hospital cost. It is worthy of clinical application. |
