| 目的 探讨茶黄膏封包对治疗输液性静脉炎的作用。方法 将514例发生输液性静脉炎(I-III级)患者随机分为3组,实验组(n=170)采用茶黄膏封包；对照1组(n=170)采用喜疗妥涂擦；对照2组(n=174)采用常规热敷护理。观察并比较3组患者疗效和症状缓解情况。结果 术后3组静脉炎治愈疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照1组效果优于实验组,实验组优于对照2组；用药后3组患者VAS差异具有统计学意义,72小时后差异明显,且3组患者疼痛缓解和红肿消退时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组及对照1组优于对照2组。结论 茶黄膏封包法对于治疗输液性静脉炎具有一定疗效,且能有效缓解静脉炎所引起的局部疼痛和红肿。 |

| 【】 Objective to investigate the effect of Cha-Huang paste packet on the treatment of transfusion phlebitis. Methods The 514 cases occurred infusion phlebitis (I-III) were randomly divided into 3 groups, experimental group (n = 170) uses a packet of Cha-Huang paste; control group 1 (n = 170) used Hirudoid ointment; control group 2 (n = 174) by conventional hot compress nursing. Observe and compare the efficacy and symptoms of the 3 groups of patients. Results After the operation, the difference of curative effect between 3 groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). the difference of VAS between the 3 groups was statistically significant, and the difference was significant after 72 hours, There was statistical significance (P<0.01) in the 3 groups of patients with pain relief and redness and swelling. The experimental group and the control group 1 were better than the control group 2. Conclusion The method of treating infusion phlebitis with Cha-Huang paste is effective, and it can effectively relieve the pain and swelling caused by phlebitis. |
