| 【】目的 探讨QCC模式在降低病区内跌倒发生率中的应用。方法 通过调查2015.6-12月本病区住院患者774例,因跌倒发生的不良事件5例,实施品管圈来管理患者住院期间防跌倒的各个环节,制定三项对策,进行品管圈对降低病区内跌倒发生率的效果分析。结果 病区内不良事件中由跌倒引起的不良事件发生率由83%降低到0%。结论 品管圈活动在降低病区内跌倒发生率中效果显著,不但保证了患者住院期间安全、提高了患者满意度,使患者安心、放心,同时增强了护理人员的管理意识、增加了责任感,改善了医患、护患关系,也为医院塑造了良好的形象,创建了安全、和平的医疗环境。 |

| Objective: To discuss the application of QCC in fall prevention in orthropaedics ward..Methods: 774 patients were admitted to our department, among which, 5 fall cases occurred. Quality Control Center (QCC) was applied to fall prevention protocols. Fall rate was measured to evaluate the effectiveness of fall prevention.Results: With the application of QCC, the fall rate and contaminated events prevalence were reduced from 86% to 0%.Conclusion: QCC application significantly reduced the fall rate and adverse events prevalence, which helped to enhance the safety, satisfactions of patients, and the management, responsibilities of nurses as well. Besides, doctor- and nurse-patient relationship will be relieved. A high-secured and peaceful medical environment would be established. |
