| 目的 探讨三尖瓣置换术围手术期的护理经验,提高护理质量。方法 回顾性分析2002年1月-2016年12月52例在我科接受三尖瓣置换术患者的资料,总结了围手术期的护理经验。结果 围手术期死亡3例,术后早期并发症包括低心排13例,呼吸功能不全19例。结论 三尖瓣置换术围手术期应重视心理护理,加强右心功能维护,改善气道,气管切开的护理操作,保证有效的营养支持和规范的抗凝治疗。 |

| Objective: To study the perioperative nursing experience for the patients after tricuspid valve replacement. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 52 patients who accepted tricuspid valve replacement from Jan 2002 to Dec 2016 in our department and summarized the experience of perioperative nursing. Results: Three cases died in hospital. 13 cases suffered from low cardiac output syndrome and 19 suffered from pulmonary dysfunction. Conclusions: We must pay more attention to psychological care, preservation of right heart function, nursing of tracheotomy, arrhythmia, nutrition support and anticoagulant therapy during the perioperation of tricuspid valve replacement. |
