| 目的 探讨运动对糖尿病前期患者的影响效果。方法 对社区100例糖尿病前期患者进行健康教育,并督促和指导合理的运动,教育内容为糖尿病基础知识及如何进行合理的运动等。干预时间为1年,观察患者干预前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、及体重指数的变化情况。结果 患者干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及体重指数均优于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 运动在糖尿病防治过程中起着重要作用,可改善血糖、脂代谢,提高胰岛素敏感性,延缓疾病的发展。 |

| Objective To discuss the effect of the exercisewith pre-diabetes . Methods 100 patients with pre-diabetes were given health education.Supervise and guide how to sensible exercise .The educational contents of the basics of diabetes and how to sensible exercise .Such measures lasted for a year, then the following indicators were observed： before and after the 12-month-intervention fasting plasma glucose, 2-hour postprandial blood glucose and t changes.Results The fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and he body mass index after the intervention were lower thanSthat of before the intervention , the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.0 5). The healthy living behavior scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01). Conclusions exercise play an impoetant role in Diabetes Prevention. it benefited the blood sugar control of the patients with pre-diabetes and improved the susceptibility of insuln,then delay the development of disease. |
