| [摘要]：目的：探讨耳穴联合清热化湿方足浴治疗慢性乙型肝炎失眠患者的睡眠质量的效果。方法：随机将符合标准的60例慢性乙型肝炎伴失眠患者分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组以耳穴联合足浴，对照组单一耳穴，每天１次，14天一个疗程，从病人入睡预备时间、夜间实际睡眠时间、睡眠效率来评价睡眠质量情况。结果：干预治疗后，观察组入睡预备时间减少，夜间实际睡眠时间延长，失眠明显改善。结论：耳穴联合足浴能明显改善病人睡眠状况，提高睡眠质量。 |

| [Abstract]:
Objective: Objective to investigate the effect of ear point combined with Qingre Huashi Fang on the sleep quality of patients with chronic hepatitis B.
Methods: 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n=30). The observation group was treated with auricular points combined with foot bath，the control group only use auricular points, 1 times a day, 14 days a course of treatment，the sleep quality was evaluated from the time of the patient's sleep preparation, the actual sleep time and the sleep efficiency.
Results: After intervention treatment, the sleep time of the observation group was reduced, the actual sleep time at night was prolonged, and the insomnia was improved obviously. |
