| 目的：探讨食管癌患者术前口服番泻叶对术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：选取2016年5月至2017年4月在我院行食管癌根治术的患者243例。随机分为三组：不服用番泻叶组，服用5%番泻叶组、服用10%番泻叶组。比较三组术后每分钟肠鸣音次数、首次肛门排气或排便时间及住院天数。结果：三组患者术后每分钟肠鸣音次数差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；术前服用番泻叶可一定程度缩短术后恢复排气排便时间，且差异有统计学意义（p<0.05），但不同浓度番泻叶之间差异无统计学意义；术前服用番泻叶可显著缩短住院时间，且差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05），但不同浓度番泻叶之间差异无统计学意义。结论：食管癌患者术前口服番泻叶可以促进术后胃肠功能恢复，缩短住院时间。 |

| Objective：To investigate the effect of oral administration of Senna preoperatively in esophageal cancer patients on postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function. Methods：243 cases of radical resection of esophageal carcinoma in our hospital from May, 2016 to April, 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into three groups: not taking Senna group, taking 5% Senna group, taking 10% Senna group. The bowel sounds in one minute after operation, the first time of breaking wind or defecation and time of stay in the three groups were compared. Results：The difference of the bowel sounds in one minute after operation in the three groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05); Preoperative administration of Senna can cut down the time of breaking wind or defecation and stay time after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). But there was no significant difference between the different concentration of Senna. Conclusions：Oral administration of Senna preoperatively in esophageal cancer patients can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after operation and shorten the stay time. |
