| 目的 调查围绝经期妇女预防骨质疏松的知识、自我效能、行为,并探讨其影响因素。方法 采用知、信、行问卷对上海复旦大学附属妇产科医院130名围绝经期妇女进行问卷调查。结果 围绝经期妇女预防骨质疏松的知识问卷、自我效能量表、行为问卷条目均分分别为0.41±0.20分、2.15±0.20分、2.61±0.46分。单因素分析显示，不同文化程度、职业、家庭年（总）收入和健康状况的围绝经期妇女在知、信、行方面的差异有显著意义（P<0.05）。多元线性回归分析提示，自我效能及健康状况可影响知识（P<0.05）；知识、行为和家庭年（总）收入可影响自我效能（P<0.05）；而文化程度及自我效能可影响行为（P<0.05）结论 知、信、行三者之间可相互影响、相互促进，只有增加围绝经期妇女预防骨质疏松的知识、提高其自我效能，并促进其预防骨质疏松的行为，才能真正降低骨质疏松的发生率。 |

| Objective: The study aimed to find out the present situation of premenopausal women’s osteoporosis preventative knowledge, self-efficacy and behavior, as well as analyzing the factors. Method: 130 premenopausal women of maternity hospital had been investigated by OKT, OSES and self-administered survey of behavior. Outcome: Premenopausal women’s osteoporosis preventative knowledge, self-efficacy, behavior [mean ± SD] was 0.41±0.20, 2.15±0.20, 2.16±0.46; The single factor analysis showed that differences of degrees of education, career, family annual income, and health condition had different statistical significances in KAP (P<0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that self-efficacy and health condition could affect knowledge (P<0.05); knowledge, behavior and family annual income could affect self-efficacy (P<0.05); degrees of education and self-efficacy could affect behavior (P<0.05). Conclusion: Knowledge, self-efficacy and behavior had great relationship. If we improved premenopausal women’s knowledge, self-efficiency and enhanced the behavior, we could really decrease the rate of the osteoporosis. |
