| 目的：翻译英文版危重患者肠内营养阻碍量表,并对形成的中文版进行信度、效度检验。方法：通过翻译、回译、专家咨询和预实验形成中文版本后,实地调查125名ICU医生和护士,运用SPSS统计软件进行量表的信度、效度检验。结果：汉化版量表共25个条目,每个条目平均内容效度指数为0.863；因子分析共提取5个公因子,累积方差贡献率为76.343%,各因子载荷范围为0.570-0.890；总量表的Cronbach’s aipha系数为0.957,分半信度为0.880。结论：中文版危重患者肠内营养阻碍量表具有良好的信度、效度,可用于国内肠内营养支持实施的评估。 |

| Objectives: To evaluate the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of Barriers to Delivery of Enteral Nutrition. Methods: Questionnaire of Barriers to Delivery of Enteral Nutrition was adapted following guidelines for cross-culture adaptation process, including translation, back-translation, expert consultation, and polit study. Totally 125 doctors and nurses who worked in ICU were investigated by Chinese version of Barriers to Delivery of Enteral Nutrition. Results: Chinese version of Barriers to Delivery of Enteral Nutrition includes 25 items and Content Validity Index for total scale was 0.863. Five factors with a cumulative variance of 76.343% were extracted and range of factor loading are from 0.570-0.890. The Cronbach’s α and split-half reliability of the total scale was 0.957 and 0.880. Conclusion: Chinese version of Barriers to Delivery of Enteral Nutrition is a reliable and valid instrument to assess the operation of enteral nutrition support in critically ill patients in mainland China. |
