| 【】目的 探讨稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者自我效能与家属关怀度相关性。方法 采用COPD自我效能量表(CSES)、家庭关怀度量表(APGAR)对武汉某三级甲等医院143例稳定期COPD患者进行问卷调查。结果 稳定期COPD患者自我效能总分为(80.93±15.32)分,家庭关怀度总分为(5.02±1.63)分,两者总分及各维度之间呈正相关。结论 COPD患者的自我效能与家庭关怀度具有显著的相关性,家庭关怀度越高,患者的自我效能也越高,因此,医护人员应大力倡导稳定期COPD患者家庭成员对患者关心与支持,从而提高患者自我效能水平,改善患者生活质量。 |

| Objective To investigate the correlation of self-care knowledge self-efficacy and family care in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD). Methods Totally 143 patients with stable COPD were investigated with the Family APGAR index,( APGAR) and COPD Self-efficacy Scale(CSES). Results The mean score of CSES was 80.93±15.32; the mean score of APGAR was 5.02±1.63. The total score and factor scores of self-efficacy were positively correlated with the total score of the family function. Conclusion COPD patients’ self-efficacy is positively correlated with their family function. Nurses should make efforts to improve patients’ family function to improve their self-efficacy and quality of life. |
