| 目的 探讨PDCA管理模式在降低ICU患者失禁性皮炎发生率中的应用效果。 方法 回顾性调查2016年3月-8月收住ICU病房的84例IAD高危患者失禁性皮炎的发生情况，分析IAD发生的原因，成立质量改进小组，制定计划，组织实施、落实检查和处理，比较PDCA管理实施前后IAD高危患者失禁性皮炎的发生率。 结果 PDCA管理实施后IAD高危患者失禁性皮炎的发生率明显低于实施前，p〈0.05，差异有统计学意义。 结论 PDCA管理法降低了IAD高危患者失禁性皮炎的发生率，提升了ICU护理人员IAD相关护理知识与操作技能，提高了危重患者的护理质量。 |

| Objective : To investigate the effect of PDCA management on reducing the incidence of incontinence dermatitis in ICU patients. Methods: Through a retrospective investigation of incontinence dermatitis carried out in 84 high-risk patients with IAD who were admitted to the ICU ward, we analyzed the causes of IAD,set up a quality improvement team,drew up plans, organized the implementation and made inspection and handling. We compared the incidence of incontinence dermatitis among high-risk IAD patients before and after PDCA administration. Results: After the implementation of PDCA management, the incidence of incontinence dermatitis in IAD high-risk patients was significantly lower than before implementation,p〈0.05. Conclusions： PDCA management reduces the incidence of incontinence dermatitis in high-risk patients with IAD, improves ICU nurses’ knowledge and skills of IAD related nursing, and improves the quality of care of critically ill patients. |
