| 目的：观察四手操作护理在老年全口义齿修复患者中的应用效果。方法：采用随机数字表法随机选取拟行全口义齿修复的老年无牙颌患者81名,其中男42名,女39名,年龄在55-80岁之间,随机将其分为两组,分别为操作医生独立操作的普通操作组和护士配合的四手操作组,观察医生操作时间、患者依从性和满意度。结果：四手操作组的操作时间显著短于普通操作组,且患者的依从性和满意度也较普通操作组有了显著的改善。结论：四手操作护理可以显著改善老年患者的全口义齿修复效果。 |

| Objective: To observe the efficacy of the “four-handed operation” nursing in the elderly patients with restoration of complete denture. Methods: According to random number table, 81 elderly edentulous patients with age between 55-80 years old were randomly selected (42 males and 39 females). These patients were divided randomly into two groups: the control group with the dentist alone and the “four-handed operation” nursing group with the aid of a nurse. The operation time of the dentist, the patient compliance and the degree of satisfaction were observed in this study. Results: The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.01), while the patient compliance and the degree of satisfaction in the experimental group were greatly improved, comparing to that in the control group. Conclusion: The “four-handed operation” nursing can remarkably improve the effect on the restoration of complete denture in elderly patients. |
