| 目的 分析腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎发生的感染因素,探讨其临床护理对策,为控制感染提供参考依据。方法 回顾性分析2013-2016年诊治125例腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎病人的临床资料。结果 7个因素对腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的发生影响显著,7个因素与感染具体发生情况所拟合的Logistic方程具有统计学意义(Chi-Square检验,X2=35.61,P=0.00),7个因素对感染发生的影响依次为：操作规范Exp(B)=1.789、手卫生依从性Exp(B)=1.745、年龄Exp(B)=1.711、透析时间Exp(B)=1.534、血清白蛋白Exp(B)=1.410、血红蛋白Exp(B)=1.356、糖尿病Exp(B)=1.297。结论 操作规范、手卫生依从性、年龄≥60岁、透析1年内、血红蛋白＜90g/L、血清白蛋白＜30g/L、糖尿病影响相关性腹膜炎的发生,其中操作规范、手卫生依从性、年龄≥60岁为发生腹膜炎的最主要因素。 |

| Objective: To analyze the infection factors of peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis occurrence and explore its clinical nursing strategies and provide reference data for the infection control. Methods: The clinical data of 125 peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis patients who were diagnosed from 2013 to 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Seven factors have a significant effect on the occurrence of peritoneal dialysis-related peritonitis. The logistic equation fitted by seven factors and specific infection occurrence condition is statistically significant (Chi-Square test, X2=35.61, P=0.00).
