| [目的] 编制肿瘤患者阿片类药物相关性便秘评估量表并验证其信效度。[方法]采用文献回顾、半结构式访谈和德尔菲法形成初始量表。然后选取276例阿片类药物相关性便秘的肿瘤病人进行问卷调查,检验量表信效度。[结果] 初步形成3个维度15个条目的初始量表。探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累计贡献率为58.862%。总量表Cronbach"sα为系数0.852,重测信度系数为0.850。[结论]肿瘤患者阿片类药物相关性便秘评估量表具有良好的信效度,可作为临床肿瘤阿片类药物相关性便秘的有效测评工具。 |

| Objective To develop a constipation assessment scale in cancer patients with constipation induced by opioid drugs and test its reliablity and validity .Methods The scale was initially developed through literature review,semi-structured interviews and Delphi expert consultation .Totally 300 cancer patients with constipation induced by opioid drugs were investigated to examine its reliability and validity .Results The final scale consisted of 3 dimensions and 15 items. Exploratory factor analysis to extract three common factors, the cumulative contribution rate of 58.862%.The Cronbach"s α coefficient was 0.852 and the test-retest correlation was 0.850 .Conclusion The tumor patients with opioid - induced constipation assessment scale has good reliablity and validity ,it can be used as a clinical effective evaluation tool . |
