| 【】目的：探讨个性化音乐对甲状腺癌术后采用131I治疗患者心理状态的影响。方法：选取我院收治的60例甲状腺癌患者,按照多中心、随机双盲分组法分为两组,分别采用常规护理方法、个性化音乐指导方法,对比疗效。结果：观察组简化版多维疲乏症状量表(MFSI-SF)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分显著优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论：以个性化音乐干预为指导,能够降低甲状腺癌术后服用131I治疗患者负性情绪、改善其睡眠质量。 |

| 【】 Objective: To investigate the effect of personalized music on the psychological status of 131I-treated thyroid cancer patients. Methods: Sixty patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital were divided into two groups according to multicentre, randomized double-blind grouping method. Conventional nursing methods and personalized music instruction were used to compare the effects. Results: The MFSI-SF, PSQI and PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Guided by personalized music intervention, it can reduce the negative emotions of 131I-treated patients with thyroid cancer after operation, improve their sleep quality. |
