| 目的：描述并分析护士参与群体性化学中毒伤病员医院内救护实践过程中的重点环节和要素。方法：运用半结构化访谈法，深入访谈具有群体性化学中毒事件院内急救经历的13名护士，并对访谈资料逐一进行编码、分析。结果：共析出组织管理及专业救护6个主题：合理配置护士人力资源,做好个人防护,尽早实施洗消,加强病情监测,气道管理是重点,关注特殊用药。结论：化学伤害事故救治医院应完善群体性化学中毒事件院内救护的组织管理机制,并且形成包含洗消处置、个人防护等措施在内的针对性的急诊救护方案。 |

| Objective: To investigate nurses" practical experience and key elements of the emergency care of mass chemical casualties in the hospital. Methods: A qualitative study was used to interview 13 nurses who had ever taken part in the emergency care of mass casualties produced by chemical incidents. Results: There are six themes were identified: rational distribution of personnel and materials, proper personal protection, early implementation of decontamination, strengthen monitoring of the disease, focus on the airway management and special drugs. Conclusion: The received hospitals should improve the local emergency management system as well as developing the emergency care operation plan targeted mass chemical casualties. |
