| 目的 探讨开设永久性结肠造口俱乐部“多彩人生”的方法及效果。方法: 选取200例永久性结肠造口患者，随机分为观察组（n=100）和对照组（n=100）。对照组患者给予常规延续护理，观察组患者参与“多彩人生”俱乐部活动，连续干预6个月。比较两组患者并发症发生率、自我效能及Herth希望量表（Herth hope index, HHI）评分。结果: 观察组并发症发生率观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组（14% vs 35%）（P＜0.05）。干预前，两组自我效能及HHI评分比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。干预后，观察组自我效能及HHI总评分分别为（128.2±11.5）分、（36.8±5.4）分，对照组分别为（102.2±13.1）分、（27.5±4.2）分。观察组自我效能及HHI总评分较对照组显著提高（P＜0.05）。结论: 开设“多彩人生”俱乐部，有利于提高永久性结肠造口患者自我效能及希望水平，降低造口并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective To evaluate the practice and efficacy of establishment “colorful life” club for colostomy patients. Methods 200 patients with colostomy were divided into observation group (n=100) and control group (n=100). The control group was given to routine continuing?nursing, and the observation group was given to continuing?nursing base on “colorful life” club, for 5 months. The for 6 months, self-efficacy score and herth hope index (HII) score were compared between the two groups. Results The complication incidence of observation group was significantly lower than control group（14% vs 35%）（P＜0.05）. Before intervention, the self-efficacy score and HII score of two groups were no significant difference（P＞0.05）. After intervention, the score of self-efficacy and HII in observation group respectively were（128.2±11.5）score and （36.8±5.4）score, those of control group respectively were（102.2±13.1）score and（27.5±4.2）score. The score of self-efficacy and HII in observation group were significantly higher than control group（P＜0.05）. Conclusion Establish “colorful life” club for colostomy patients, can improve self-efficacy and hope level, worthy for clinical popularization and application |
