| 目的：探讨循证护理联合八段锦对妇科癌症术后首次化疗患者的影响。方法:选取我院2017年4 月至2018年4月收治的妇科癌症术后首次化疗患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组术后化疗给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施循证护理加八段锦训练。采用癌症疲乏量表比较两组患者化疗后疲乏状况。结果：观察组化疗后疲乏得分（30.68±6.587），对照组为（35.16±6.498），观察组的疲乏发生率低于对照组,差异有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05) 。结论:循证护理以科学为实证,结合临床护理经验以及中医八段锦操的训练能够改善妇科化疗患者的癌因性疲劳。 |

| Objective: to explore the effect of Evidence-based Nursing combined with Baduanjin on patients with gynecological cancer after the first chemotherapy. Methods: from April 2017 to April 2018, 100 patients with gynecological cancer were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). On the basis of the control group, the observation group carried out the training of Evidence-based Nursing and Badanjin. Cancer fatigue scale was used to compare the fatigue status of the two groups after chemotherapy. Results: the fatigue score of the observation group was 30.68 ±6.587g after chemotherapy, while that of the control group was 35.16 ±6.4980.The fatigue of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The incidence of anorexia was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing can improve carcinogenic fatigue of gynecological chemotherapy patients with scientific evidence, combined with clinical nursing experience and the training of Badanjin exercises of traditional Chinese medicine. |
