| 目的 探讨护理人员掌握胰岛素注射相关知识中的现状并分析。方法 根据2011版《中国糖尿病药物注射技术指南》设计调查问卷，对上海市某三级甲等医院845名护理人员进行调查。结果胰岛素注射技术相关知识正确率为51.76%，得分最低的依次为腹部胰岛素注射的部位（18%）、胰岛素笔注射结束针头停留的时间（20.1%）和注射部位的消毒（20.8%）。非内分泌科人员护理正确率（51.34%）比内分泌专业护理人员（70.0%）低，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 应对护理人员，尤其是非内分泌专业人员护理，加强相关培训，以提高临床护士糖尿病知识水平，规范注射技能。 |

| To analysis the knowledge of insulin injection technology in clinical nurses.Metholds According to 2011 edition of 《Chinese diabetes drug injection technique Guide》 designed questionnaire,854 clinical nurses of a three grade a hospital in Shanghai were investigated.Results The correct rate of insulin related knowledge was 50.76%.The lowest scores were the parts of the abdominal insulin injection(18%),the time of the end of the needle at the end of the insulin injection（20.1%）,and the disinfection of the injection site（20.8%）.The correctrates of non endocrinology nurses（51.34%） were lower than that of nurses in Department of Endocrinology（70.0%）,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. ConclusionsStrengthen training for clinical nurses,especiallynon endocrinology nurses， to improve the level of diabetes knowledge and standardize the injection skills. |
