| 目的：建立PICC专科护士核心能力培养课程。方法：设计PICC专科护士核心能力培训课程的专家咨询问卷，通过德尔菲专家咨询法对20名PICC专家进行2轮咨询后，确立课程内容要点及授课时间。结果：形成由4个一级指标、21个二级指标、73个三级指标组成的课程体系，其中二级指标包括课程课时安排。理论授课时间为38课时，实训授课为2周。结论： 初步构建PICC专科护士核心能力培养课程计划，为建立科学的、系统的PICC专科护士培养模式奠定基础。 |

| [Abstract] Objective: To develop core courses for PICC specialized nurses. Methods: we established PICC Curriculum hierarchy through Delphi method which 18 experts were identified through two rounds of consultation. Results: The Curriculum included 4 first grade indexes, 21 second indexes and 73 third indexes. The total courses need about 38 hours theory lessons and two weeks practice. Conclusion：the Curriculum design of the core courses for PICC specialized nurses based on nurses’ core competences provides a basis for standardized nurse training system. |
