| 目的：探索新型气管插管固定器在临床急诊中的应用效果。方法：选择2016年6月至2017年6月至我院急诊科就诊需行气管插管患者97例作为研究对象，观察组（n=50）采用新型气管插管固定器固定气管插管，对照组（n=47）采用传统方式固定气管插管，记录和对比分析两组患者固定效果、操作时间、病人的耐受程度以及意外事件发生情况。结果：观察组患者固定效果明显优于对照组患者，二者比较具有显著统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的操作时间（2.5±0.9）min，显著低于对照组患者（6.7±2.2）min（P<0.05）；观察组患者的耐受率也明显优于对照组患者，二者比较具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组与对照组患者意外事件发生率分别为2.00%与14.89%，观察组显著低于对照组患者，二者比较具有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论：新型气管插管固定器在临床急诊中的应用能够显著增强固定效果，缩短操作时间，提高病人的耐受程度，且具有更低的意外事件发生率，是一种行之有效的方法，值得在临床中推广使用。 |

| Objective: To study the application effect of new tracheal intubation fixator in clinical emergency, and explore further to provide effective methods for clinical emergency treatment. Methods: From June 2016 to June 2017 to the emergency department of our hospital for patients with tracheal intubation in 97 as the research object, the observation group (n=50) using a new type of tracheal intubation fixer for tracheal intubation, the control group (n=47) using the traditional fixed tracheal intubation, recorded and compared two groups of patients with fixed effect, operation time, patient the tolerance and the occurrence of accident. Results: Patients with fixed effect is significantly better than the control group, two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); to observe the operation time in group (2.5 + 0.9) min, significantly lower than the control group (6.7 + 2.2) min (P<0.05); the observation group of patients with tolerance rate was significantly better than the control group two. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of accidents in the observation group and the control group was 2.00% and 14.89%, respectively. The observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of a new type of tracheal intubation fixer in clinical emergency treatment can significantly enhance the fixation effect, shorten the operation time, improve patient compliance, accident and has a lower proportion, is a kind of effective method, is worth popularizing in clinical use. |
