| 摘要:目的 探讨健康素养在原发性高血压患者社会支持与自我健康管理能力之间的中介作用。方法 方便抽样抽取230例住院原发性高血压患者并使用一般情况调查表、成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表（AHSMSRS）、慢性病病人健康素养量表（HLSCP）和社会支持量表（SSRS）进行调查。结果 高血压患者的自我健康管理能力与健康素养成正相关（P＜0.01）、与社会支持成正相关（P＜0.01）；健康素在社会支持与自我健康管理能力之间起着中介的作用，且中介作用占总效应的31.3％。结论 关注和提高健康素养对促进高血压患者社会支持及自我健康管理能力有较好的作用。 |

| Abstract：Objective To explore the mediating effects of health literacy between social support and self-management ability of health of the hypertension patients.Methods A total of 202 patients were surveyed by convenience sampling in two tertiary hospitals．They were investigated with the rating scale of health self-management skill for adults,health literacy scale for chronic patients and social support rating scale. Results Health literacy and social support were positively corrected with self-management ability of health.Health literacy was the mediator between social support and self-management ability of health. The mediatry role accounts for 31.3% of the total effect.Conclusion Pay attention and improve health literacy has a good effect on promoting social support and self- management ability of health of the hypertension patients. |
