| 目的：分析211例乳痈淤滞期急性乳腺炎患者的基本情况及影响因素，为预防及治疗急性乳腺炎提供科学依据。方法：于2016年1月—6月选择龙华医院乳腺外科护理门诊就诊的急性乳腺炎患者，以问卷形式共调查患者211例，收集入选患者的一般情况、生产情况、哺乳情况、BMI指数及情绪因素。结果：211例急性乳腺炎患者哺乳时间与乳汁淤积发生呈负相关（t= -9430，P＜0.01），吸奶器使用时间与乳汁淤积发生呈负相关（t= -2.953，P＜0.05），乳头情况不佳与乳汁淤积发生呈正相关（t= 2.227，P＜0.05），情绪焦虑程度与乳汁淤积发生呈正相关（t= 1.278，P＜0.05），初产与乳汁淤积发生呈正相关（t= 0.754，P＜0.05），差异均具有统计学意义。结论：急性乳腺炎患者的哺乳时间、吸奶器使用时间、乳头状况不佳、情绪焦虑程度、初次生产显著影响乳汁淤积的发生。在孕产妇的婴幼儿哺乳健康教育中，应进一步完善有关哺乳时间、吸奶器使用等相关内容。 |

| Objective To analyze the basic situation and influencing factors of 211 patients with acute mastitis, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of acute mastitis . Methods From January to June of 2016, 211 acute mastitis were selected from breast clinic , Longhua hospital. The human investigation was performed with questionnaire to collect the data of general information, childbearing history , lactation, BMI index and Emotional factors . Results Among the 211 acute mastitis , lactation time was negatively correlated with postpartum galactostasis （t= -9430，P＜0.01） ; breast pump time was negatively correlated with postpartum galactostasis（t= -2.953，P＜0.05） ; poor nipple condition was positively correlated with postpartum galactostasis（t= 2.227，P＜0.05）;the level of anxiety was positively correlated with postpartum galactostasis（t= 1.278，P＜0.05） ; primiparity was positively correlated with postpartum galactostasis（t= 0.754，P＜0.05）. The difference was statistically significant . Conclusion Lactation time,breast pump time and poor nipple condition can significantly affect postpartum galactostasis . In the health education of lactation , we should enrich contents of lactation time and Pump usage. |
