| 目的 探讨四川省新入职护士规范化培训课程的设置，为保证培训质量和效果提供科学的理论依据。 方法 通过参照国家下发《新入职护士培训大纲（试行）》及结合文献分析，自行拟定咨询问卷，运用德尔菲（Delphi）法向32名专家对课程模块、课程内容和学时进行2轮专家咨询。结果 两轮专家平均积极系数为100%，权威系数为0.915 ，变异系数为0.11，肯德尔协调系数为0.345（P＜0.001）。共设置学时数186个，确立一级指标（课程模块）3项，二级指标（培训课程）19 项，三级指标（培训内容）122项。 结论 专家具有较强的积极性、权威程度及意见集中程度都比较高，最终形成的培训课程代表性和权威性均较好，从而保证了培训实施过程更加规范与科学。 |

Methods:Referring?to?the?"Training?Outline?for?New?Nurses?(Trial)"?issued?by?the?state,?this?essay?combine?with?the?results?of?literature?analysis?and?training?demand?survey.?A?formal?consultation?questionnaire?was?formed?after?pre-investigation,?and?32?experts?were?consulted?by?Delphi?method?for?two?rounds.
