| 目的：探讨链式管理在压力性损伤预防中的效果观察。方法：选择2018年1月至12月本院在院的所有患者设为观察组，实施链式管理；选择2017年1月至12月本院本院在院的所有患者为对照组，实施常规管理。比较两组患者压力性损伤发生率、高危压力性损伤发生率。结果：观察组患者高危压力性损伤发生率低于对照组，两组比 较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：运用链式管理理念预防压力性损伤有效降低院内压力性损伤发生率和高危压力性损伤发生率，有较好的成效，值得临床推广应用。 |

| [Objective]To explore the effect observation of chain management inpressureinjury. [Methods]Select all patients in the hospital from January to December in 2018 as observation group,give them the Implement chain management.Select all patients in the hospital from January to December in 2017 as the control group and routine management was implemented. The incidence of pressure injury and the incidence of high-risk pressure injury were compared between the two groups.[Results]The incidence of high-riskpressure injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The use of chain management concept to prevent pressure injury effectively reduces the incidence of pressure injury in hospitals and the incidence of high-risk stress injuries. It has good results and worths of clinical application. |
