| 目的 研制ICU患者死亡质量评估量表并分析其信度与效度。方法 通过两人直译-回译、文化调试,修订形成中文版ICU患者死亡质量他评量表(Chinese version of quality of dying and death in ICU,C-QODD-ICU)。采取方便抽样法,预调查17人、大样本量调查177人,检验其信效度。结果 C-QODD-ICU各维度Cronbachα系数在0.648～0.839,总量表Cronbachα系数为0.892,均>0．60；各维度折半系数为0.694～0.822,总量表折半系数为0.850,说明C-QODD-ICU具有良好的内部一致性。CVI平均值0.969,KMO值为0.836,因素分析提取4个公因素,累积贡献率为70.369％,各条目的因素载荷均>0.4。结论 C-QODD-ICU具有较好的信度与效度,可作为ICU医务人员评价患者死亡质量的可靠工具。 |

| Purpose: To validate the quality of dying and death questionnaire(QODD) of ICU patients for health professionals. Method: Through literal translation, back translation and cultural debugging by two translators, revision form of the quality of dying and death questionnaire (C-QODD-ICU) was reached. Data were collected by using conventional sampling method and 177 patients were investigated in 5 Chinese ICU settings to calculate aspects of validity and reliability. Result: C-QODD-ICU showed satisfactory psychometric properties, Cronbachα=0.892, half Cronbachα=0.850; KMO value=0.836. 4 factors were extracted. Conclusion: C-QODD-ICU is a reliable measurement tool for health professionals to assess quality of dying and death in ICU. |
