| 目的 探讨足三里姜粉贴敷在缓解实体肿瘤患儿化疗后恶心呕吐中的效果。方法 于2018年3月-2019年2月，选取上海市儿童医院血液肿瘤科接受相似化疗方案的实体肿瘤患儿100例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（n=50）和对照组(n=50)，对照组给予常规的药物止吐和健康教育，观察组除与对照组相同的药物止吐和健康教育措施之外予以足三里穴位姜粉制剂贴敷。分别比较两组患儿止吐有效率、恶心呕吐分级及患儿满意度的情况。结果 两组患儿在化疗结束后24小时内，观察组止吐有效率为92%，明显高于对照组（80%）；观察组恶心呕吐分级低于对照组，且观察组患儿满意度评分高于对照组，组间比较差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；。结论 在实体肿瘤患儿化疗期间应用足三里姜粉贴敷，可提高止吐效果，有效减轻恶心呕吐的程度，对提高实体肿瘤患儿住院的满意度具有积极意义，且该方式操作简单、经济方便，可应用于儿童患者的临床护理工作中。 |

| Objective To investigate the application effect of Zusanli ginger powder on relieving nausea and vomiting of children with solid tumors after chemotherapy in children with solid tumors and its effect on nursing satisfaction. Methods 100 children with solid tumors who received similar chemotherapy regimens from the Department of Hematology, were randomly divided into observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50). n=50), no withdrawal during the study. The control group was given conventional antiemetic and health education. The observation group was given the Zusanli ginger powder preparation in addition to the same antiemetic and health education measures as the control group. The nausea and vomiting grade, the efficacy of antiemetics and the satisfaction of the children were compared between the two groups. Results Within 24 hours after the end of chemotherapy, the nausea and vomiting grading in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of antiemetic in the observation group (92%) was higher than that in the control group (80%). The child satisfaction score was higher than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Applying Zusanli Ginger Powder during chemotherapy in children with solid tumors can reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting, improve the antiemetic effect, and improve the hospitalization satisfaction of children with solid tumors. It is simple and economical in clinical work. |
