| 【摘要】目的 汉化Wu的24条目的照护行为量表（Caring Behaviors Inventory-24），并对其进行信效度的检验。方法 对Wu的24条目的照护行为量表进行翻译、回译及文化调试，确定中文版的照护行为量表（C-CBI）。采用方便抽样对选取2所医院250名患者进行测试，检验其信效度。结果 汉化后的照护行为量表，总量表的内容效度S-CVI/UA=0.95；总Cronbach’s α系数为0.959，重测信度总分为0.883；探索性因子分析得到 4个公因子累计方差，贡献率为 61.24％；项目分析显示，各条目的决断值各条目与总分相关（P< 0.05），且相关系数均>0.3。结论 汉化后的照护行为量表(C-CBI),具有良好的信效度，可作为评估我国护士照护行为工具。 |

| 【Abstract】 Objective To translate the Caring Behavior Inventory-24 of Wu into Chinese ,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Caring Behavior Inventory-24 . Methods The Chinese version of Caring Behavior Inventory-24 were determined trough translation,back translation and cultural-adjustment .According to the convenient sampling method ,totally 250 patients were recruited from 2 hospitals and investigated the reliability and validity of C-CBI . Results The content validity of the total scale S-CVI/UA=0.95;The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the C-CBI was 0.959, and the total score of retest reliability was 0.883. the cumulative variance contribution rate of the three common factors was 61.24% through exploratory factor analysis.Project analysis showed that the decision value of each item was correlated with the total score (P< 0.05), and the correlation coefficient was >0.3 . Conclusion The Chinese version of C-CBI has satisfactory reliability and validity ,and can be used to evaluate the nursing behavior in China. |
