| 2019冠状病毒疾病患者出院后可能存在不同程度的呼吸功能、躯体功能以及心理功能等障碍,而随访有助于追踪患者的治疗和康复情况并给与针对性的指导。通过随访收集的病例资料和经验,为接下来新型冠状病毒疾病的循证诊疗和循证护理提供了证据,也有助于协助临床医师分析判断,从而提升诊疗水平。因此,亟待建立2019冠状病毒疾病患者出院后的健康随访管理机制,针对不同情况的患者制定个性化的随访计划,并对随访计划进行科学管理和及时监督提醒。本文就2019冠状病毒疾病患者出院后的随访时间、方式、内容、质量控制等方面的要求进行探讨,期望抛砖引玉,引发医疗机构临床医务人员和社区卫生服务人员对2019冠状病毒疾病患者出院后的随访工作的关注、讨论,从而促进随访的实施和推动研究的开展。 |

| Patients with novel coronavirus infection may have different degrees of respiratory, physical and psychological dysfunction after being cured and discharged from hospital, while follow-up can help to track the treatment and rehabilitation of patients and provide targeted guidance。The case data and experience collected through follow-up provides evidence for the following evidence-based diagnosis and treatment and evidence-based nursing of novel coronavirus diseases, and also helps clinicians to analyze and judge, thus improves the level of diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a health follow-up management mechanism for patients with novel coronavirus infection after discharge, develop personalized follow-up plan for patients with different conditions, and conduct scientific management and timely supervision and reminder to the follow-up plan. In this study, Suggestions on the follow-up time, methods, contents and quality control of patients with new coronavirus infection after discharge are put forward, hoping to draw attention and discussion from all walks of life on the follow-up work of patients with new coronavirus infection after discharge, so as to promote the implementation of follow-up and promote the development of research. |
