| 目的 探讨套管法在更换鼻肠管中的临床应用效果，为更换鼻肠管提供一种新方法。方法 于2015年5月—2019年12月选取西安交通大学医学院第一附属医院肝胆外科需更换鼻肠管的11例患者作为研究对象。借助原鼻肠管套入胃管撤出原鼻肠管建立“鞘管”，然后将新鼻肠管沿胃管“鞘管”方向置入至十二指肠或空肠上段，最后撤出原鼻肠管，完成鼻肠管的更换。结果 11例患者中10例患者成功完成鼻肠管的更换，更换成功率为90.91%，更换过程中患者均未出现黏膜出血、呛咳及误吸等并发症。结论 借助套管法更换鼻肠管，更换成功率高，且更换过程安全、操作简单有效、患者痛苦小，值得临床推广应用。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical application of replaceing nasaljejunal tube by "Tube-in-Tube" technique, and to provide a new method for replaceing nasaljejunal tube. Method: When replacing the nasointestinal tube, first put a trimmed ordinary gastric tube outside the original nasointestinal tube and place the tube to the same depth as the original nasointestinal tube. a "tunnel" is established by the nasogastric tube and the new nasaljejunal tube is placed into. Finally, the nasogastric tube is pulled out. the new nasaljejunal tube is fixed properly and is examinated by X-ray. Results: The methods of replaceing nasaljejunal tube by "Tube-in-Tube" technique has the advantages of originality, high success rate of catheterization, convenience, low cost for patients, short waiting time, early onset of enteral nutrition, and slight pain. Conclusion：It is safe and effective to replace nasaljejunal tube by "Tube-in-Tube" technique.It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
