| [目的] 调查泌尿外科住院患者及陪护人员对于医院疫情防控措施的满意度。[方法]选取2020年2月25日至3月20日泌尿外科住院患者48例及陪护人员37例共85例,自制满意度问卷,进行问卷调查,询问患者及陪护人员对于防控工作的满意程度。[结果] 泌尿外科住院患者及陪护人员对于新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的防控工作总体满意度好。[结论] 疫情期间,应针对不同年龄和文化程度的患者及陪护人员采取分层健康宣教的方法,提高患者满意度。 |

| [Objective] To investigate the satisfaction of hospitalized urological patients and accompanying persons to the hospital"s epidemic prevention and control measures. [Method] Select 48 urinary hospitalized patients and 37 accompanying persons from February 25 to March 20, 2020.,A total of 85 cases. Used self-made satisfaction questionnaires, conducted a questionnaire survey, and asked patients and their caregivers about the degree of satisfaction with the prevention and control work.[Result] Urology hospitalized patients and their caregiver had a good overall satisfaction with the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia [Conclusion] During the epidemic,we should take a layered approach to health education to improve patient satisfaction for different ages and education levels patients and caregivers. |
