| 总结1例胃巨大平滑肌瘤呕血伴黑便6天余的患者行内镜下切除术的围手术期护理。护理要点：术前重视监测和维持患者的生命体征、心理护理,术中重视出血的控制,预防腹腔感染、紧密配合确保手术成功。术后严密观察有无并发症及生命体征变化,加强营养支持。经过精心治疗和护理,12d后患者治愈出院。 |

| To summarize the perioperative nursing care of a patient who underwent endoscopic resection for giant leiomyoma of stomach and hematemesis for more than 6 days. Nursing points：maintain the patient"s vital signs stable and pay attention to psychological nursing before surgery；value the control of intraoperative bleeding, prevention of abdominal infection, and close coordination to ensure successful surgery during operation; observe the complications and changes of vital signs closely and strengthen nutritional support after surgery. The patient was cured and discharged after 12 days of careful treatment and nursing care. |
