| 目的 研究影响髋关节置换术后老年患者的关节自护行为水平现状、分析影响因素。方法 采用自护能力测定量表、社会支持评定量表、慢性病自我效能量表对湖南省某三级甲等医院500名行髋关节置换术的老年患者进行横断面调查,分析影响自护行为水平的因素。结果 患者自护行为水平得分(61.72±19.36)分、慢性病自我效能(83.96±9.68)分、社会支持(36.93±2.46)分,为中低水平,三者呈正相关。文化程度、年龄、家庭人均收入、社会支持水平、自我效能是患者自护行为水平的主要影响因素。结论 行髋关节置换术的老年患者自护行为水平较低,医护人员应加强主动为患者提供社会支持、增强其自我效能感,以提高患者的自护能力。 |

| Objective To study the status quo of joint self-care behavior in elderly patients after hip replacement and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods A cross-sectional survey of 500 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement in a grade a hospital in Hunan province was conducted by using self-nursing ability measurement scale, social support rating scale and self-efficacy scale of chronic diseases, and the factors affecting their self-care behavior were analyzed.Results The scores of patients" self-care behavior (61.72±19.36), chronic self-efficacy (83.96±9.68), and social support (36.93±2.46) were at a medium to low level, which were positively correlated.Conclusion The level of self-care behavior of elderly patients undergoing hip joint replacement is relatively low. Medical personnel should strengthen the initiative to provide social support for patients and enhance their sense of self-efficacy, so as to improve the self-care ability of patients . |
