| The article, in combination with the 2019 NPIAP guidelines, elaborates the definition, evaluation, characteristics and protective measures of device related pressure injuries and summarizes corresponding protective suggestions, including the appropriate selection of medical devices, the rational use of preventive dressings, keeping clean and moist of local skin as well as the reduction of the use and compression time of medical devices, so as to provide a reference for the prevention and nursing of device related pressure injuries for clinical medical workers. |
