| 目的 了解125I粒子植入病人主要照顾者的照护体验，为落实针对性的护理干预措施提供相关依据。方法 2019年10~12月，运用目的抽样法，选择本病区12例125I粒子植入病人相应的1名主要照顾者为研究对象，在出院前一天对照顾者进行面对面、半结构式深入访谈。结果 提炼出4个主题：125I粒子植入病人主要照顾者的心理感受复杂；防护观念欠妥；生活质量下降；支持系统缺乏。结论 应关注125I粒子植入病人照顾者的身心状态，提供支持和帮助，提高应对能力。 |

| Objective To understand the nursing experience of 125 I particle implantation patients and provide relevant basis for the implementation of targeted nursing interventions. Methods In October ~ December 2019,12 patients with 125 I particle implantation were selected as the main caregivers, and face-to-face, semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted the day before discharge. As a result, four subjects were extracted :125 I the psychological feeling of the patient caregivers was complex; the concept of protection was inadequate; the quality of life was declining; and the support system was lacking. Conclusion We should pay attention to the physical and mental state of 125 I particle implantation patient caregivers, provide support and help, and improve the coping ability. |
